High ceiling but could just be as destructive in the locker room. Hopefully him and Sherman beat each other up in practice. Not best pleased to see him at a divisional rival though. Brandon Marshall was traded for two 3rd round picks after 5 consecutive seasons of 1000+ yards receiving. Harvin has had no 1000 yard receiving seasons yet. Not to mention, he's a bit of a dick. Basically he's been franchise tagged for $2.9m and the Giants get to match any contract offer he gets. If the Giants don't match the offer, they get a 1st Round pick as compensation (from the team that gets Cruz).
