This.  The best thing about it is, the Cowboys are at the start of a QB controversey and they and the media don't even realise it.

There shouldn't be a controversey. Prescott has come in and played well, with a great supporting cast. Romo looks like he is 1 big tackle away from another serious injury

Seems obvious who should be the starter

Aw christ he's in my fantasy team! Strange one he's been really good up until the last game or 2, suppose Rawls is due back but it's pretty ruthless.

Ah boo I liked him

Michaels is just not a good running back, it's no surprise considering he bounced round teams last season. After a few good games to start the season his production has collapsed. Proise looks far better and the backroom like Pope as well.

Uncle Pete and Schneider know what they are doing

Pish, when you're on the goal line with 26 seconds left in a Superbowl you give the ball to Lynch! [emoji6]

$24.7m cap hit in 2017.  Absolutely no trade value, and if they did manage would cost a huge amount in dead money.  As soon as Dallas taste another L (thanksgiving ;) )the knifes will be out, and they'll be sharp.

Bit weird that you just cut him though.

Not really, it frees up space to bring in Pope from the practice squad, rather than wasted on someone who wouldn't even get third down work with Rawls and Proise in front.

Michaels will bounce around the league, he's not good enough for a starter but there's plenty of teams he'll walk into that role purely because their run game is so bad.

Michaels played well and the Seahawks are acting like he's a throwaway player.

your probably right. Common sense would say stick with the guy who has won you games and is looking like the future QB you are going to need..... but common sense and the NFL don't often go together

He really didn't. Our run game has been non-existent this season. He only had one game over 100 yards. He had a handful of 60 yard games and that's all.

He had his second chance with us, and didn't perform well enough to even stay in contention for 3rd down work.

Michael will find a home no problem. Look at the number of teams that need either a feature back or viable back-up who has shown he can do it in the NFL:

Miami, Baltimore, Cleveland, Houston, Indianapolis, Denver, Washington, Chicago, Detroit, Green Bay, Minnesota and San Francisco could all use Michael in some way, be it as a CoP guy, a backup, or even a lead back.

Not likely in Indy TBH.

Your excellent points are completely negated by the fact you keep calling Prosise Proise. Therefore Sir I will no longer be listening to anything you say. [emoji12]
