Swarley
Qatar did not buy WC 2022. The money was simply resting in the accounts of various African officials.
Confidemus
The sky is blue because the Met Office and various other international weather institutions globally regularly send balloons into the air filled with blue dye that are designed to explode at 80,000 feet, thus painting the outer atmosphere.

Ya Bezzer!
Unknown to many fans, a 'secret' Tintin book ('Tintin at Roland Garos') was written, illustrated and published but almost all copies were pulped in 1936 due to it's controversial storyline. In it Tintin and the gang save German champion tennis player, and Nazi Aryan poster boy, Albrecht von Groszheim at the French Open by uncovering a fiendish Jewish conspiracy to enslave all blond haired sports stars with Satanic spells and then murder them and steal their prize money. It's said only three copies survive and that one is known to be owned by the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Phillip.

banana
Despite originally only existing in folklore, Mali rulers seized the opportunity to create a tourist mecca by constructing the village of Timbuktu in 1971. Now 40 times the original population, the small town now contributes 97% of the national GDP and is affording Mali to put their first astronauts in orbit next year.

stimpy
In 1943 captain Vladimir Kitchenko of the red army came up with the idea of using inner tubes to transport soldiers down or across river silently and without the need for large expensive boats that needed lorries to transport. Each soldier was issued with an innertube and each section a pump, the idea was put into practice successfully twice but the general shortage of rubber meant the idea had to be shelved.

Lou Brusch
The band, 5 Seconds of Summer, got their name from a visit to the Forth One 'Boogie and Dingo's Big Bad Satuday Show' studio when they were YouTube stars. It was in early April and looked out the window to see the sky was non-cloudy for a brief moment before reverting to its usual state
Albino Rover
"Native Americans" actually came from Russia and the North Pacific and arrived in the New World after the original whites, in the first millennium AD. They killed them all, took over their reservations and destroyed every trace of their existence, only for the reverse to happen to them several hundred years later with the next wave of explorers.
Swarley
There was absolutely nothing dodgy, nothing at all about Qatar's bid for World Cup 2022.
