Jacksgranda
In Aberdeen.. Is that an injured parrot in the road? No it's a hat Just noticed the story at the bottom of the parrot/hat conundrum. http://m.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-scotland-north-east-orkney-shetland-17596214 Snake in loft was draft excluder. Karen Hogg must be rushed off her feet with all these false alarms.

Shotgun
We had a case near here where a half-wit called the polis to report an injured animal by the side of the road by her house. It appeared to be still alive but she was too afraid to approach it and determine the details. The cops duly arrived and determined that not only was the animal 'not' alive, it was also a stuffed toy. And it was purple.
