Kids like bright colours. I remember when I was at school everyone used to go mad for F50's. The same idea as predators. Bright flashy colours to entice the kids. Most of my mates were wearing predators or equivalent which cost them £50 but would have cost me £129 (IIRC) so it was good old diadora's for me.
