At least the other guys all made good signings in amongst the bad ones. Not one single player who Johnston has signed has made any sort of meaningful and consistent contribution to our season. If AJ had tried to explain his tactics to Boyd hands up who thinks that would have persuaded him to stay ? The one thing that may just persuade Boyd to move on will be AJ ,s lack of tactical nous. It's one of the rejected tops for this season that had a more out-there design but he hadn't been allowed to show it. By the sounds of it we've ditch the 1869 kits now.
