Rodhull
Woods confirmed. Derek McInnes said, “It’s come to light in recent days that Tomas will require an operation and is likely to be out for a number of weeks. We therefore felt the need to sign an experienced goalkeeper to provide cover, and also provide competition for Joe in the months ahead Edited October 5, 2020 by Rodhull

Were fans thinking we were really going to sign Campbell? That’s some wishful thinking.

betting competition
Think the transfer window has been fantastic for us - we look so much better this season. We should aim higher but this season finishing 3rd will be more important than previous with the new European set up. Scotland next season will be ranked 14th so if we finish 3rd then all we need to do is win 1 fixture and we are in the group stages, starting in the Europa League and then if we fail then Conference League. If we finish 4th then we will have 3 games in the conference league. If we qualify for the champions league then we could have 3 chances of qualifying - that makes a mockery of competition fitba. https://kassiesa.net/uefa/files/2021-24-uefa-access-list.pdf Edited October 6, 2020 by betting competition
d31
It's quite likely the third Scottish entrant (can be the cup winner) will be in the Europa PO the next two summers.

Don exotic
Nottingham Forest manager sacked today. Chris Hughton is there new manager. Not sure what that will mean for Mackenna? Hopefully, their team stabilises now, he does well and he makes the targets for the extra payments.
scottorae
Think should work out fine for him. The recruitment team will have likely signed him, not the manager
Rodhull
With the window closed and their other centre-backs not being the best Mckenna should be ok in the short term at least.

ScoRoss
What's the latest on Michael Devlin? With the management team / medical team being cautious with Hoban at the start of this season, and a hectic calendar soon approaching, we will probably have to rely on him at least through December and January. Just looking at the fixture list, seems like they're will be a two week period with five games, and probably a few more similar weeks with postponements looking inevitable. Don't think there is anyone in the 'Scott McKenna' bracket in the youth team, being of an age to throw into first team football at the drop of a Motherwell-esqe thumping again.

Devlin has an ongoing hamstring problem and he should be back after this international break. I think Leigh coming in will help relieve the problem at the back, he'll play left centre half of the three at times. There isn't any outstanding prospects at centre back in the youth team, no, unless we put Calvin Ramsay as a right centre half as he is a tall right back. Plenty of promising attackers however.
