Not thick in the head, you’ve been having a go at board member for a while, that’s not sarcasm, however you seen to post good posts going forward so all the best, those you post about have the club at heart.

I posted about 1 board member months and months ago when me and my mates were on the wind up here, since then I’ve made a few sarcastic comments about this inverkeilor conspiracy and thats about it hahahah

No matter who gets the job, it is imperative that they are not given an open ended length of time to “get things right”.

Campbell was given at least a year too long imo (yes, deserved to a point) and McIntyre was given 6 months too long.

If things aren’t working and show no signs of improvement then move on to the next guy. It happens in every other industry.

Intresting moment on the stream just before MacIntyre's interview - I don't think it was meant to be transmitted 😀

"F*ck, you're no going to believe this, he's coming"

"No way!"

"He's just f*cking appeared there"

"Is that him now?"

"Oh, for f*cks sake"

More context required please? 😂

Ok, cheers, let’s move on, Manager had to go after stenny, obviously no desire no pull in the team, then last week was like the players had never played with wind advantage, then today, from 5 mins into today, you knew we were gubbed, hope to fukk Goldie and TOB and Scotty can move on from this, correct decision from the board about the interm managers, a point next week feels like a win.

Shouldn't of been there after end of last season, Shouldn't of been trusted to build a team,

Absolute mental that anyone give him a hope of being successful,

It was a massive and probably costly mistake keeping on and then allowing to sign boys like callaghan on 2 year deals

We seem to be in a mess on and off the pitch

Got to the correct decision in the end but even the post about asking the loyal supporters to get behind Gold and Hammy is crap, if they they they have to ask that then they are so far out of touch it's laughable

Im really quite happy that we’ve got Reilly, Gallagher, Coulson and Hemfrey on 2 year deals. Thats good

Wilkie and Bisland also could end up pretty handy

Spalding and Callaghan not so much, although I’m sure contracts could be terminated after a season if required. TBH maybe we won’t hate Callaghan if he just became what he always should have been, a squad player

Would hope that we could maybe keep McAdams and Watson more than a year too. His signings not the problem

Although it’ll be interesting to see what happens from here. We still need another striker and absolutely a central midfielder - got to the end of September for domestic loans

The only way McIntyre was going to survive this season was for the squad he assembled to hit the ground running.

The injuries to the strikers at the start didnt help preperstions but ultimately the poor results sealed his fate.

This squad should be performing much better so we are all looking forward to seeing that.

That's practically all there is. Just before the quoted section, there'a an American sounding guy asking if the game has been recorded.

I think they turned on the microphone by mistake, and there's no video, just a blank screen. The sound cuts out after "For f*cks sake" and the usual music starts up again. Just over a minute later, the interview starts with "With me now, we have Arbroath manager Jim MacIntyre..."

Was unsure over who was talking and who they were talking about so that makes sense now

Basically the 2 guys that do the interviews couldn’t believe McIntyre turned up to do it? 😂

That's twice I've been on the train home from a game in the past year having just gone over the tipping point in terms of the manager needing to leave, and it then happening within the hour  Once again I agree with the timing of the departure - if we'd huffed and puffed and it'd been 0-0 it'd be unacceptable but there could be justification with the defence yet again being really solid. However, that is not what happened....

The incredible thing is we were fairly good for the first hour of today and looked the more likely to score but again struggled to create,  then we absolutely fell apart. The 10 minute spell in which we lost 3 goals was a f**king disgrace, and we were lucky there wasn't another couple added in the final stages of the game. A monumental collapse all over the park from a position of relative comfort. Unbelievably bad.

We're left with, in my opinion, a more than capable squad for the top 4 at this level with 33 games of a 36 game season to go, so ultimately as I've been saying for months, it's not a situation which worries me at all. We're a central midfielder or two away from from having a really good starting 11. Jim McIntyre's built a pretty good squad, he's just been incapable of managing them. He's obviously not a proper shite manager having succeeded at multiple teams higher up the pyramid than us, but at Arbroath he's just got things totally wrong tactically. I have absolutely no idea why our entire game today was to play through Liam Callaghan after last week's struggles.

There's really not a huge amount out there managerial wise currently, and no obvious name at all. However, as long as we appoint someone who just isn't a total diddy they must, surely, be able to get a tune out of the squad we have.....

I was hoping to spare their blushes by not specifically identfying them 😀

Was saying to a couple of mates on the way home about you banging on about the centre of the park since forever and me not seeing it as a huge concern until a week or two ago..... I don't think a man has ever been proved so right as yourself after seeing today and last weeks performances

The main reason Callaghan has been playing so much is probably down to the fact Gold and Slater have had injuries.

I do see him as a squad player but we desperately need a better option in the middle to start ahead of Callaghan and Slater.

33 games but Goldie and Hammy not miracle workers, they will get backed and give a massive boost but we are miles off it due to a manager who shouldn't of been here or backed,

I honestly don't see how anyone could think we will get any where near 4th with how things are, we are about 4 or 5 players away from where we should be
