Deeboy
We seem to pick up youths, keep them a season then release them. Hopefully these two, if kept, can make an impact.

I guess there will be more misses than hits at that age, each year loads of lads don't make the cut and I guess we're trying to find those that 'slip through the net'. There's plenty of examples of guys who were dropped but have come on. If we can find one every few seasons that ends up 'making it' and goes for decent money then it makes sense for the club to give these guys a crack.
Mr Gandosaur
Thought the keeper did really well last night. Bit on the small side but still young. Commanded his box fairly well and maze 2/3 good saves as well as saving the penalty.
wattie_rojas
We've signed a boy from Portsmouth called James Cowan for the 20s. Centre mid. Agree that the keeper had a great game.

Very Football Manager of you, I'm a big fan of hoovering up every decent prospect in my games and then releasing the majority a year later.
SweeperDee
Dundee FC will have exclusive use of the new training grounds at Caird Park according to the unofficial Dundee FC page.

United turned down the chance to have their own bit built too for whatever reason.
Deeboy
Their fans are from outwith Dundee so the club feels it should be too.

Thank you. I really hope the dabs stay down for years just on the strength of some of the comments on this facebook Courier link on the story. What a bunch of bitter b*****ds. There is a lot more to it than just the 'banter' nonsense. Was deservedly sacked. IMO.
Deeboy
It wasn't even McPake that put him in. It was one of the doctors.
Louis Litt
The porters I know working in the hospital have said that the guy was a total c**t and it wasn't just the Mcpake incident that's caused him bother. Serves him right for being an idiot anyway.
jakedee
I'm sure if he was sacked for a bit of banter with McPake,we'll see the employment tribuneral in the press soon.
Deeboy
He must be on a gigantic wage considering we offered him a two year deal on reduced terms about a month back. I hardly see him being a disruptive character.
SweeperDee
I've been told that GGH has been told he's free to leave the club. Very sudden timing. A new target has cropped up most likely.

K.T
I know Harkins splits opinions in the support but I'd personally be disappointed to see him go. He's one of the ones who genuinely seems to love the club and although he's not the fastest I would argue he's probably one of if not the most talented players we have at the club. That first game he got the captains armband showed how class he can be and it'll be hard to replace that kind of quality.
Gaz FFC
Nice change of tactics from Dundee. It's usually the administrator that does the cost cutting for Dundee. Maybe you have learnt your lesson after all. Well played -
