Der Panzer Posted August 30 Share Posted August 30 I could be wrong but I’m sure part of getting the elite level for youth development also includes having a girls/women’s pathway at the club. Can anyone find the selection criteria and Measurable Performance Objectives they use to rank teams at CAS level. I’m drawing a blank. What is most interesting is that whilst Dundee FC are currently not in the elite level, that recent report suggested we are leading lights in youth players playing in the league - which may indicate that the box ticking of the CAS selection is all well and good, but that you don’t need the badge of “elite” to be effective in youth development. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
