I can see a huge backlash against the BBC. Which is a shame as we really don't have an equivalent broadcaster in the country. They have used their effective monopoly to great effect. It's just a shame that they won't admit they have a conflict of interest.

It's also telling that in a forum where every claim is countered, there is no a single nodrone willing to argue that they don't have one.

The papers are still worse.

That's not the same though mate, they're not state funded broadcasters with a charter on impartiality.

Last night's Newsnight was like any poor episode of Brass Eye.

Emily Mantis screaming at the end "News just in Clydesdale Bank are going to leave Scotland." and that was it, credits roll.

The BBC news coverage has been absolutely atrocious since the Iraq dossier episode. Just a coincidence of course.

It seems to me that London, whether it be politicians or media, has taken over the reins of the No campaign over the last couple of days, and to quote someone every sinew is now being strained in preserve of the Union. The beads and mirrors have been dangled before the natives and every bank has announced plans to re-headquarter in London, conveniently ignoring the fact that they have long since ceased to be 'Scottish' anyway.

What is voter to do? If you are of the Yes variety then stand firm and grow some. Refuse to accept the propaganda and lies and absolutely trust your instincts on Gordon Brown and Nick Robinson. Let them all become increasingly smug and patronising; there is still plenty of mileage in this referendum.
