Murphy says party of Donald Dewar and John Smith is back in business

Taxi for Murphy!!!!

Back in business based on what exactly? Dire poll ratings for the last 6 months?

All these clowns have left is sound bites that don't make the slightest bit of sense. I don't know if it's ignorance or arrogance or just not facing reality.

Maybe Scottish Labour need this defeat in May. It's perhaps only then it may sink in. Danger is by then it maybe too late

While Nicola Sturgeon meets members of the public in Irvine, Scottish Labour once again address a heavily vetted, pre invited pack of Labour clapping monkeys.

Seriously, who votes for these c***s?

Even 5 short years ago, Labour folk were out and about, meeting people. It's hard to imagine they're in such a fucking state they now do all of their speeches and appearances behind closed doors with a willing SLab audience.

Pretty pathetic, tbf.

Lets face it if they didn't have the media they would have f**k all.

If they are wiped out in May I wonder how long the media can keep backing them against public opinion across the country.

:lol::lol:

Why the f**k are Slab having their own manifesto?

It's like the High Wycombe branch of Costa Coffee making up their own prices for a laugh.

My favourite part about him promising 500 extra GPs and 1,000 extra nurses is how they will all be on this living wage whilst taking inflation also into consideration.

If he can get 500 more doctors willing to work for £10 an hour then he has my vote.

Roof coming off for David Hamilton MP as he attacks SNP: ..."our enemy all of our lives. They are nationalists. We are socialists!"

Is he the p***k that called Sturgeon a wee lassie in a tin hat? If so, I'm surprised he's allowed out the house, the old p***k.

"Nothing on the job search for 'socialist' Mr Campbell, but there is a shelfstacker position at Asda. I think you should apply or i'll sanction you"

Tick tock.

Fantastic bit of writing by the Wee Ginger Dug

https://weegingerdug.wordpress.com/2015/04/17/jim-murphy-still-big-in-japan/

"Labour had 13 years of crushing majorities to prevent the few being rewarded while the many grew increasingly insecure. Instead we got zero hours contracts, bankers running riot, student fees, creeping privatisation, PFI, social mobility reduced and a widening chasm opened up between the richest and the rest of society – and Jim voted enthusiastically for all of it. Then during the referendum campaign last year the Labour party forgot about the Internationale and sang the God Save the Queen with the Tories while Jim responded to an egg like it was a suicide bomber with ebola. Now when Jim’s political career is disappearing up his own backside more rapidly than Jim climbed up the backside of Tony Blair, he suddenly discovers he’s a socialist. This is an announcement as believable as Katie Hopkins joining the Workers Revolutionary Party."
