Seems more than a little harsh to me. Tunisia facing a ban for not saying "sorry", and Morocco banned from 2 for this... yet Equatorial Guinea given a minor fine for rioting at a SF? FIFA-esque thinking. I doubt anyone is surprised, this is the organisation who tried to ban Togo who pulled out of a tournament after being attacked by gunmen. It seems Morocco have been fined £650k and have to pay a further £6m in damages on top of their ban. Mental decision considering the (lack of a) punishment EQ have received.
