Not only are there too many picks, 4 (Spanish) and 6 (Cuban) are not South American. ETA: and Señor Bolívar's name is missing a letter. Castro is at 6 because he's not really South American but I wanted to sneak him in with his friends in case he felt left out. I don't know much about Bartolomé de Las Casas but watched a documentary which had a wee bit about him and he sounded like a sound guy who impacted South America so there you go. Was concentrating on the accents too much with regard to Bolívar.
Eednud
The football connection being he was the General Honorary President of Colo Colo. Notwithstanding they may not have had a choice. So in between being a vile despot, responsible for the deaths of too many, being a friend of an evil despotess, he did take time of from being an evil c**t and saved two of Colo Colo’s rivals, Everton of Vina del Mar and Rangers of Talen, from going under.
