Dosser-fae-the-shire
Charity shop discovery of a pair of Onitsuka Tigers. £7.95 & bugger all wear on them. £60 odd new... You've wasted £7.95 there. Most uncomfortable gutties ever.

Derek Patterson
No getting what folk are on about with Onitsukas being uncomfortable. Have had them on a couple of times now, including being stood for 3 hours at the ICW show in the Garage last night. Granted, I was wearing cycling socks which have more padding than normal ones but they felt fine. Wonder if it's just some of the other sizes are maybe a bit off. These are a 12 and fit perfect.
bob the tank
A picture of some of my trainers earlier, only forgot to photograph three other pairs....

Horrendous in summer or any time walking makes your feet warm. Pretty much just from Glasgow Central up to Sauchiehall street then 5 mins each way in Paisley. Maybe the socks and the fact it was relatively cool made them bearable.
CityDave
At the moment my trainer of choice are these NB 670s in this colour I take it you can see my dilemma? Problem is I like the retro style of these but I might not continue to buy NBs any more after their alleged support for the Wotsits Hitler. So not wanting to buy brands like Nike (mark of the beast) or Adidas, I'm looking for something new with a retro style similar, any colour. Recommendations please?

I've got these very trainers (10) and find that they are reasonably comfy but lack support for walking any distance. Pair of support insoles is a simple fix though.
