As we returned from the Christmas break, Saturday was all about the 180s. With Gary Anderson and Michael van Gerwen both in action, the influence of their high scoring was to be felt. Those who have favoured the Scotsman would benefit most, with a number of changes occurring on what is becoming a congested leaderboard.

Two-time major champion, The Naitch has ascended to the top of the list, with a strong Saturday seeing the veteran edge just ahead of Callum-Ayr, with Rydo1982 and Stuarty also in close proximity after fine performances. Previous leader, RobRoyGuy remains in a strong position, while Jupiter Jazz is within touching distance as he seeks a second World Championship victory.

Neilly saw something of a resurrection on Saturday, as he moved off the bottom of the leaderboard. That dubious honour is now bestowed upon Marshmallo, but the reigning Grand Prix champion is more than capable of recovering from such a position.

God bless Gary Anderson

Davis, this might me being stupid and missed something, but me and The Naitch have the same results, scores and 180s, but he has an extra 2 points, is there something missing from the scoreboard? I've probably just made you aware of something and I'll lose points  cheers ole bean.

ETA - I've just realised some of them will have been in the 2nd round etc., don't mind me

Sunday was a day of drama at the Alexandra Palace. And it was also a day of excellent scoring in the Prediction League. Callum_Ayr had a strong showing and it has seen him reclaim the top spot. The man from Ayr has not been outside the top eight on the leaderboard at any point during the Championship.

Rydo1982 continues to impress in his debut appearance, while the experienced F_T_Y made an impressive move into genuine contention. The consistent Stuarty remains in strong position, while Saturday's leader, The Naitch has fallen to fifth.

Neilly continued his resurrection and has moved into the top ten on the leaderboard. Quite a turnaround, and he remains within relative touching distance, as does five-time major champion Davis Love III, who also enjoyed a fine Sunday showing.

The Prediction League is now starting to heat up. One week from now we will crown a champion.....and much drama is still to occur.
