I'll offer you the same as I offered RRG (the back tracker) if your so sure as to what you claim.

Jesso for someone who isn't anything to do with the two guys concerned you seem really upset and desperate to prove something. Why do you care so much that people on a football forum are speculating as to who people are . Take a chill pill , put people on ignore you don't like and we can all move on. Simple Son.

He didn't feel the need to speak to the players. He was the manager....he ran the team not the players.

Exactly and if a committee ever poke their noses into a managers business and request that he speaks to his players then its games a bogey.

The committee are there to help run all things off the park and to try and fundraise etc to help give the manager a decent hand to play with .

The manager must manage and be allowed to do it the best way himself and his back room staff see fit without committee coming between themselves and players. Two seperate teams if you like combining to make one team but the line must not be crossed in terms of a commitee telling their management how to deal with their players .

Agree with what you say here Hertha, However it was not quite as black and white as this in this instance. I think it was Eddie someone or other who posted earlier in the thread what the score was with Tommy Bryce and the players. He summed up the issues just about spot on.

it's not just bad luck that Glenafton have lost a lot of late goals this year and players blowing out their backsides later in games. Usually you get a couple of players at a club that stay and do extra training but when you have a full team begging for more training there's obviously something amiss. Having said all that the results Tommy Bryce achieved in a relatively short space of time was superb. And one thing he couldn't be accused of is pi**ing a budget up against a wall.
