Seems we competed but (predictably) ran out of steam. Hearts' ability to bring on King and Keatings shows the difference between a well-staffed full-time outfit and part-timers with stretched squads. At least we picked up no cards.

No matter, Hearts will return from whence they came and good luck to them - for our part we must now look ahead to an important game at Livvy next week.

How bad was Linton's injury ?

Tremendous stuff from Hearts.

Sons had a good opportunity early doors, after a lapse by Ozturk, but we controlled the game for the most part after that.

Had to leave after 85 minutes, so missed both of King's goals.

The ref was an utter p***k throughout.

Best for us was Pallardo, but King's contribution in the half hour he played was mega - and that's without seeing his goals.

Fucking brilliant.

Another game where we can walk away without feeling too bad about the performance. 4-0 slightly flattered Hearts I think. Pretty poor goals to concede though. Ref was poor again and really bottled it once or twice, seems to happen in every game vs the big teams.

Hearts fans really are obsessed with Ian Murray.

Agree sons didn't deserve to be on end of 4 despite Hearts overall control. Thought the old Chris Turner was on the park today which is great news for us. Duggan also did very well. interesting now to see what team we line up with next week. When hearts play at pace they are very good to watch
