Shibuya
Part 2 - excellent. Enjoyed hearing about Scott Booth's brilliantly named possession squares! Can we have Boothy on next? Go on...
Andy_AUFC
I second the motion for Booth to be the next interviewee. I want to see how long Cesc can keep his cool before lunging over the desk and scudding him.
Vodka Vic
I always have, but like everyone else I've always been concerned by his pace and petulance. Both were covered candidly in the podcast. But he has never had pace from day 1 which he acknowledges , so why flog a dead horse?
1320Lichtie
It would take a real c***s c**t to come out with what Booth was supposedly saying
Only coo in the village
Part one was a great listen. I didn't know about the circumstances behind his departure from Cowdenbeath until now. I'd love to know exactly what he was singing about Danny Lennon that night in the hostel in St Andrews .
Dunning1874
Scott Booth The whole thing was tremendous but that was definitely the best bit.
Shandon Par
You could almost hear the cogs in Gemmell's brain whirring, trying to think of one person who liked Scott Booth. Really good listen.
adundeemonkey
Great listen, but i can see why he has never settled at a club for reasons that i think he himself admits to later in the podcast. With a different attitude he easily could have been a solid Championship player.
NE63 exile
Listened to both parts today and really enjoyed it. Looking forward to more hopefully. The Beast was good crack and pretty frank. Be good to get Paul Martin on soon.
Francesc Fabregas
Alright lads, no one-on-one interviews this week but we do have panel shows with season previews for all three divisions. I'm joined in the studio by THHP regular contributor Shaughan McGuigan, Colin Paterson of the Airdrie and Coatbridge advertiser, and Albion Rovers forward John Gemmell. In the first of three podcasts, we take a look at League 2 - CLICK. League 1 and the Championship will be up over the next couple of days.

But if we finish any lower than 4th I'll donate £50 to a charity of TPP's choice. Not a chance. Personally think we look like a better team than last season. Although other teams have improved, we will manage top 4 though. Might not have enough to win the league but we will be 2-4th IMHO.
Poet of the Macabre
Subscribed on my new podcast app. Can't wait to get stuck into all of these.
Shandon Par
Subscribed on my new podcast app. Can't wait to get stuck into all of these. The one with the fitness coach Robert Kielty has quite a bit of Pars chat - he was at East End under McIntyre.
Francesc Fabregas
Alright lads, here's the League 1 preview - CLICK. Some piping-hot banter in here.
Poet of the Macabre
John Gemmell interview was excellent. Very entertaining but you can also see why so many people sturggle to warm to the guy. Thought he did a really good job as a pundit for the League 2 preview show though. Do you know if he has any interest in becoming a pundit?

Thought he did a really good job as a pundit for the League 2 preview show though. Do you know if he has any interest in becoming a pundit? I don't know, it's certainly something I reckon he should look into though, I've been impressed with his insight when I interviewed him and over the three preview podcasts. I just wonder if there's any clamour for someone like him in Scottish punditry - he hasn't played in the top flight so the majority of people might not know who he is, and he'd probably be wheeled out for stuff like Off The Ball like Des McKeown to talk about "the diddy teams".
Shibuya
Excellent pod again Craig, enjoyed the awkward silence when discussing Ayr's promotion prospects and the hilarious cringe of everybody trying to be nice about Albion Rovers in front of Gemmell!

Albino Rover
Excellent previews, as per the Fabregas standard. Gemmell quickly establishing himself as the Stephen Thompson of the lower leagues.
Neilly
A Gemmell/Booth partnership would be fucking gold on some backyard channel like Premier Sports. Stunners and rock bottoms handed oot all over the shop.
