Ingo ohne Flamingo
Interesting to see 2 of the banners that were visable on the Nordkurve. Wonder if the DFL will take exception to Borussia allowing their Ultras to put messages up like that. "Fußbal ohne fans ist nichts" on the fence - Football with fans is nothing "Borussia gegen Geisterspiel" on the top tier of the Nordkurve - Borussia against Ghost Games.

Does seem weird to put those up. You’d think the club would think twice, even if the fans are daft enough to think that.
Jambomo
I went to to Allianz Arena when Bayern used to groundshare with 1860 Munich. The change in how it looks today is mad, inside is completely redesigned. Edited May 23, 2020 by Jambomo
vikingTON
Are Frankfurt planning to show up any time soon? They've been as brutal since the restart as Union Berlin. -
lichtie23
Bayern will score 6 or 7 here

I know 1860 didn't want the seats to be all red but grey was an especially drab choice.

Yeah, it didn’t help we were seeing 1860 so it wasn’t the fullest - grey seats everywhere!

Yeah I have a pal who lives over there so been to visit a few times and went on a tour and an 1860 game as well. Even for a Bavarian derby against Ingolstadt it wasn't even half full. No surprise they got out of that deal. Edited May 23, 2020 by Rodhull

Having seen 1860 at both the Allianz and at Grunwalder, the 1860 fans are much happier being 'home' anyway. They hated the Allianz. It is brilliant, and because it is their local part of the city it is full of 1860 stuff, in all of the cafes and bars. Cracking atmosphere. A really good ground with plenty of character. They had talked about building a new stadium but not sure what stage that might be at.
