I'm 99% sure that they are. It would have to say something in the website, plus away fans are usually in the nord-ovest for Roma matches, not the nord-est. Some small signs though that they'll be able to compete, though. Going to get the Carpi/Inter & Chievo/Lazio games recorded tomorrow to watch.
