Why don't you start selling sweeties outside your ground (Raith Rovers) on matchday to raise much needed funds for your own club instead of trying to pick a hole in Rangers' finances

How do these cases work then? If you know that's how they don't work then you should know how they do.

If you'd like to check the BRALT I posted that same scenario long before Phil did, as soon as I heard about the charges in fact. Phil is well known to rip off other social media.

the first point is that a company does not constitute goods, if you dont understand that then everything else you post is absolute nonsense

The official line has to change if a fraud has been committed. Even they have not fudged the rules enough to prepare for that scenario.

I thought you'd be happy with the prospect of Rangers getting justice?

the official line wont change, its still the same club, yet another load of bollocks posted by you with absolutely no explanation of how that scenario would play out

You do realise that the rangers didn't "end up" in D3 - they started off there? You do know that, right?

nope, we are the same rangers we have always been so we ended up in divsion three and thats official acocrding to all footballing organisations and credible sources

Most non-Rangers ( or Rangers sympathetic Old Guard of the withering days of long ago WATP culture) disagree with you.

Old club bankrupt and died.

New 4 year old club competing well in a fitba sense - but swirling fiscal issues casting deep shadows.

Bears Beware....

I think it is you who does not understand.

The sale of the assets which once owned by RFC 2012 PLC is going to the courts to be examined as a possible fraud.

If this is a fraud then the company which now purports to own those assets does not own them. The assets would then be returned to RFC 2012 LTD (in liquidation).

Then the club you claim to be Rangers will be a company which owns nothing.

Simple isn't it.

Can the players TUPE over again?

Worth a giggle...

Never mind the TUPE shit. If there has been a fraud committed then all the assets will be back with Rangers and Sevco will be the membership holders.

Thinking about it Dave King's "we need oldco back for the history" speech and the arrests were timed incredibly close together. They couldn't be connected could they? Dave surely has not considered the possibility that Rangers will get their stuff back and be able to reform as the old club.

Somebody's pulled a fast one then.

How did the Rangers that went into liquidation owing much more than just the Big Tax Case suddenly shed all that debt and turn into a safe home for King's future ambitions? Surely even the 24M from Collyer Bristow isn't enough to turn the whole thing round to an in-profit shell.

You are correct. BDO will sell the major assets to ASDA should they be returned through the courts.

A bit of diddy shame here.

Aberdeen got in the way of changing the voting structure in the top flight, in Rangers' absence.

Kilmarnock abstained from the vote to admit Newco to the SPL.

Queens voted to admit Newco to SFL 1.

Does a sense of guilt help fuel the obsession?
