I'm just wondering why Strachan broke with that general way of thinking himself when he brought Ritchie straight into the starting eleven for four consecutive games, with him being absolutely rancid in both of his competitive appearances. Calling him up again as a squad player is fair enough, but I hope to christ he's not planning on starting him in either of these games. Aye, this.
