Sounds like we've sorted out the more adventurous attacking side but it comes at a price. We've stopped defending.

Its more like we've turned to shite defensively (TAM FUCKING SCOBBIE), concede early then have to push forward. While last season there was never a real need to push players forward.

Lets just hope we can keep on it in the second half and not lose all drive like we did against Hearts and then for the first 30 minutes of the second against Utd as well.

Glad Low is playing well, looked pretty good when he come on against Utd, sucks I had to work till around kick off time today would have loved to be at the match.

Reading Midgey was at fault for the second but let's just blame Tam for every single goal we concede.

We were attacking before we even conceding as well. Don't think Sutton deserved to be dropped though and would have had him starting not MacLean.

Tam Scobbies been at fault for at least one goal in every game this season so far, its no stretch to suggest he's been at fault for one today too.

FWIW its not his performances thats the problem, he just doesnt inspire confidence and the whole defensive unit seems weaker when hes in there. Its ridiculous he's getting started every game just now and he's clearly been the weakest link.

Tam's involvement was that he didn't try to play a ball up the line to Shaughnessy and instead rolled it back inside. Moments later Millar stumbled over an attempted pass to Mackay, leaving Dundee 2 on 1 at the back, quick cross good header and goal.

Opening ten minutes was very positive for us. Then we conceded having not let Dundee have any sight of goal at all prior to it. Dundee then upped the tempo and had a good ten minutes before we took control again.

Scott Bain's save from Cummins in that period was incredible. Cummins finish itself was a thing of beauty-a delicate volleyed lob from inside the box- but somehow Bain got fingers to it to tip over. Davidson then headed straight at Bain from the corner when he really should have scored.

Second goal came when we were applying the pressure again-it was a break from our own corner. Most of Dundee's chances have been shots from outside the box-though some very dangerous. That's fine defensively from us, but not if we're just going to put goals on a plate as we did for the second (a slip almost on a par with McKay's at Hearts) or just not defend at corners we won't win games.

I've no real faith in us not conceding in this half, but it would be classic footballing irony if we came back to draw this 2-2 with a last minute goal
