Romeo
So, I was watching Soylent Green again the other night (Look it up youngsters) and I've always particularly liked the Edward G. Robinson euthanasia scene. The movie is set in the future and the planet is pretty fucked, only the elite can afford things like booze and food, crime and murder are rampant and the poorer in society are given Soylent Green to eat (no spoilers please). People are given the choice to go to a euthanasia centre and end their life if they want, because of over population this is not limited to the elderly or the sick, anyone can do it. Is this they way society is going? are you all for it? eta here is the scene from the film
Airdrie Onions
Wait, what's the difference between this and jumping in front of a train? Don't we already have the choice to end our life?

I think jumping in front of a train is illegal, and causes delays.

lichtgilphead
Wait, what's the difference between this and jumping in front of a train? Don't we already have the choice to end our life? Have you ever sat on a train just outside Newcastle for 3 hours on a roasting hot summer day with the heaters stuck on full blast whilst they scraped the bits of body off the front?
