Owsley
Watched it from second set on, Murray was fantastic, probably the best I've seen him play and definately the best I've seen him serve. Used to be a real weak link in his game, his first serve percentage. The only sniff Federer had on his serve was 0-30 in one game. Good haircut as well!
staggy4life
2nd round match, Murray v Verdasco has just started on eurosport just to let people know.
The Arch
Federer criticised Murray for his style of play, saying that Murray should have came out and played more and not sat behind the baseline waiting for a Federer mistake. I think Roger has picked up some tricks from Henry on that advert they did together. Murray is a smart player and knew that if he just served and volley he would get taken apart.
codfish
Murray through to the quarters after a 2 sets to 1 win over Fernando Verdasco this morning.
Den Hotstar
He's on fire. I've got him for the semi this year, beating Nadal on the way. Edited June 26, 2008 by Den Hotstar
Monster
He was exellent today, although Malisse was poor. He'll have to keep the standard up though, because it looks like he'll be facing Haas in the 3rd Round, who is a nightmare to play.
xbl
Read a couple articles of late commenting on the difference between Henman and Murray, i.e. that the crowd are not used to routine victories at Wimbledon. Hope he does well, he's had quite a good year so far!
Guest The Phoenix
Read nothing into today - Malisse has fought (and obviously lost) a battle against injury all year.
minijc
Thought he played really well, my only fear is that the English media will hype him up too much then he can' cope and takes it out on his game and fooks it up and crashes out.
sonofjenova
Outstanding...take a bow, son. Excellent player, mentally tough, gets the crowd going. A brilliant tennis player and showman - just needs to get rid of that fucking drop shot

A brilliant tennis player and showman - just needs to get rid of that fucking drop shot A couple of comedy smashes from him tonight as well - a couple of metres on his own side, ball sits nice and high for him......easy smash? nope into his own side of the nets. D'oh! Excellent comback.
Edge
A good game to watch. If you listened you could hear more than one distinctively English voice proffering support for Gasquet during the match. No problem with that.
Guest The Phoenix
just needs to get rid of that fucking drop shot Nope - he needs to temper the use of it. Getting rid of it would take a huge part of his overall game plan away. The appropriate use of the drop shot gives a player a huge advantage because if the oppenent knows it might be used he can't simply take up position at the back of the court knowing the ball will always come back to him.
