Ira Gaines
Anyone going to his exhibition?
TheScarf
Truly Scotland's finest sporting export, and some would say Great Britain's. He really is some boi.
ICTChris
I remember xbl posting about wanting to see Scots competing for Team GB lose during the last Olympics. I thought it was just him being a wotsit munching VL but it turns out there's loads of people like this. Remarkable.
printer
Walking around holding the Union Jack... I'd respect him more if he refused. Why? He's British representing Team GB.
John Lambies Doos
Why? He's British representing Team GB. UK actually.Wonder what NI think of Team GB
Salvo Montalbano
Team GB is short for Team Great Britain and Northern Ireland, just as the British Lions is often used but is sometimes and more accurately known as the British and Irish Lions. But of course you knew that.

John Lambies Doos
You've obviously never had the misfortune of reading his posts before. Yawn
ayrmad
I have no problem with Murray carrying the Union Flag, it would show great pettiness/immaturity and have a severe impact on him financially going forward if he refused for YES/NO reasons.
Elixir
I'm a yes supporter but if I was asked to do this I certainly wouldn't turn it down, seeing as I'm not one of the weirdos who camp outside Parliament or want Mary Queen of Scots dug up and brought back north of the border.
TheScarf
And let's be honest here lads, there was only going to be one person in the running for it. He is British sport IMO.
AUFC90
Hopefully he pumps Djokovic. I would be quite happy with one gold if it was in the tennis
The-coo-shed
Murray v Troicki in the 1st round with Nishikori in his half. Djoko has got Del Potro 1st round with Nadal his semi.
LinkinFighter
Is it clay?
peasy23
Is it clay? Hard court, the IOC at least have the sense that at this time of year they can't really ask the players to play on anything else. Iirc it's the same surface as Flushing Meadow.
Widge
Wouldn't surprise me to see Del Potro win that one tbh. I reckon he'll be massively pumped up and just go for it in the forehand. A redlining JMDP is dangerous to anyone.

Widge
Djoko should win comfortably. Every shot of his will go to the Del Potro backhand! Whilst I agree with that sentiment and it's the correct tactic. If Del Potro redlines, there's possibly not an awful lot that Djokovic can do to stop it. It'll be an interesting match up that's for sure.
Elixir
Yeah, you have to be happy with that draw, tbh.
