John Lambies Doos
Great match. Two evenly matched players. Delpo would easily be on multiple majors if not for his injuries. Possibly more than or andy
Goanjock
Just catching up on this after getting from work but what great tennis I have already watched 8-)

Possibly more than or andy Yep but equally he might have taken out a Nadal / Federer / novak in tourneys to give Murray a clearer run. Two absolute top players giving it a full toe to toe humdinger Eta all his slam finals barring this year's Wimbledon have been up against the big guys. Bit unlucky to always have one of the big 3 to play against
Mark Connolly
Del Potro is definitely my favourite tennis player who isn't Andy Murray. Really wish he would GTF today though.

Mark Connolly
Some hold from matchpoint down. Biggest problem is that he doesn't look like breaking JMDP's serve at the moment.

printer
Fantastic match. Brilliant from Del Potro.
dogmc
Fair play to del Potro he was awesome. Don't think Murray had anything else to throw at that after playing a ton of tennis this year and missing a family funeral. 52% 1st serve in and 48 unforced errors suggest he's probably just had too hefty a workload recently
Distant Doonhamer
35 aces by Murray but 1st serve % only 52%. Always going to be an uphill battle with that stat. Great play by del Potro. Still much to play for.
dogmc
Need kyle Edmund to have a big one here cos don't see him beating del potro
Elixir
Dunno what to make of that, tbh. There's never any shame in losing to del Potro obviously, but given Murray is the fitter player, plus his five set record compared to him, it does seem pretty disappointing.
dogmc
Hopefully he'll get the Davis Cup off his schedule completely and launched right into the sea for next season. Lot of the big guys bodyswerve it. Might be the right time to let the young lads take on the baton. There was chat after last year final that he might retire. He's more than done his bit both in terms of sacrificing his own schedule and helping develop / carry rest of the team.
CowdenConvert
Is Edmunds game not available to view? I assumed it would be on the red button.
