I had a feeling that Simon would beat Wawrinka and we wouldn't get to see him and Murray in the semi's. Just checked their head to head and saw that he also beat him in Shanghai two years ago. He put a lot of pressure on Goffins seevice. One game at the start of the second set lasted 15 minutes before Goffin held. If Murray reaches the final he'll be on 10,085. If Murray loses the Semi Final he'll remain on 9,845. Basically if Murray wins it he's went from being 4,700 behind to 2,500 in the space of 2 weeks.
