We didn't see him as much as we would have liked because in those days pretty much the only live tennis on British TV was Wimbledon. I was 13 when he made the semis there, he was two sets up against Edberg who came back to beat him. Out of nowhere he would pull it together and just smash a member of the big four to smithereens. Severely waned at the tail end of his career, but he must be still raging at the four missed break points to get himself back in to the Wimbledon final.
