Glenconner
McGarry is as thick as two planks. She didn't even know what her own party's government was doing in its Higher Education Governance Bill when asked about it by a student at a debate at a University. That people like her get elected is an affront to democracy and proof that both candidates and the electorate should have to pass an intelligence and political literacy test to participate. And be a unionist?
Ad Lib
If McGarry is guilty of something she should be done, but there would be far less scrutiny if she represented one of the establishment parties. The SNP are the establishment party in Scotland. Would people please stop pretending they're somehow "outsiders" after 8.5 years of being our fucking government? There used to be a Vichy style government but that died out.

Would people please stop pretending they're somehow "outsiders" after 8.5 years of being our fucking government? To be fair, the SNP have only been getting taken seriously by the media since the referendum/their GE victory in Scotland. More attention is paid to Westminster's MPs than those confined to the regional parliament with its comparatively minimal powers- sorry, the most powerful devolved assembly in the galaxy (or whatever Mundell is now calling it). Zen Archer (Raconteur)
https://www.commonspace.scot/articles/2985/i-really-hope-she-can-explain-herself-campaigners-want-answers-over-mcgarry-allegations I hope her excuse is a belter. Commonspace was able to confirm that SNP MP Natalie McGarry had sole control over the PayPal account through which donations were made, and consequently was asked by WFI staff to account for the missing money, but failed to do so. The figure is estimated to be between £30,000 and £40,000.

Fide
Someone get the kleenex tissues for fide,he will be having a breakdown at the thought the SNP are as corrupt as the westminster parties he hates. You're so thick it's almost cute. You'll be able to, of course, show me evidential proof of ANY corruption in the SNP?

It's a fair point, there's nothing yet, but why hasn't she come out all guns blazing though, to vehemently refute any allegation of misappropriating funds with Nicky right on her shoulder. Why resign the whip and self impose suspension from the party, if there's definitely NOT any wrongdoing to uncover. It's a wee bit strange no? A/ She may genuinely not know what the f**k happened to the money. B/ Resigning the whip is the right thing to do while you're under a cloud, it distinguishes SNP politicians from the "hang on at any cost" shits that pass for politicians in the Unionist parties.
