Rovers v Forfar

Recommended Posts

Being a glass-half-empty kind of guy, I see it as two points dropped, but agree that the bigger picture is a work of art. McRobbie should have put the game to bed early in the 2nd half. Forfar were better in the second period after removing Nicol, replacing him with the handy Hay. If you lot are finished with Templeman, and don't fancy Swankie, can we have them?

Hopefully likes of Baxter, Sanny and Yano get dropped, would like to see this team;

Douglas

Travis Nicoll Rose Black

Hay Foxy Hodge Denholm

(if Young out)

Swankie Martin

It really is crazy how anyone can complain about Yano....100% commited to the club,gives his all every game, yet you have 3 or 4 players in that side that have really struggled badly this season...with hardly a whimper aimed at them?

We were shite first half , second half different story think we were the better team Kerr hay gave us a different dimension . Hard to play football on that pitch, really is horrific

You managed to play on it once you hooked Kevin Nicoll.

Pretty much agree with this and, although we improved second half, it was still pretty dire till the goal. After that was probably our best spell.

Some players still struggling and we're giving the ball away far too easily.

Didn't look the best of surfaces but both teams tried a few times to play it about. Not often enough though. Couple of paracetamol for the ball after that match!

Could not agree more. Hopefully less signings like that moving forward

Here, here, or is it hear, hear? Either way I totally agree with this statement.

It is a horrific disgrace but it always has been - considering recent weather conditions, and the state it's usually in at this time of year, I thought the pitch was in relatively good nick.

Can the groundsman not cut grass during the winter ? It was up over the players boots ffs.
