Those seemingly in the know (was mentioned a fortnight ago in some places) say he'll take a wage cut. He's on 13K a week at Burnley. So it's not silly money. Warburton has made a career out of picking up the waifs and strays - he's consistently signed players out of favour for one reason or another. The best example for Rangers is Forrester - a playboy gambler, filled with talent who was basically pissing it away. The change in Harry from his first game to his last was incredible. Warburton is all about personalities, he's said as much. That doesn't mean he signs Angels. That means he signs people he can relate to and thinks he can work with. Whatever other fans think about him, he's a very very shrewd guy who's man-management seems second to none. Looks like we are making a great start in putting together a decent squad capable of challenging next season.
