I know the games left don't effect relegation but would that ever happen at any other level of football..... No point leaving the teams idle if it's not required though. It seems to me the sensible decision, let the teams get finished as early as possible, give the players a rest and let the management teams get on with preparing for next season. honestjon Posted May 27, 2017 Share Posted May 27, 2017 Fwe played better in the first half and did deserve to go in 2 goals in front, Newtongrange could not handle the long ball and their big centre forward. 2nd have most of the play was in The Fwe half but Newtongrange never looked like scoring apart from one header from 6 yards that should had hit the target. Big strong hard working guy for the first 30 minutes, looked unfit after that, took a bit of stick from ur players and ur fans then headed the third goal. Well your fans were right to give him stick! Along with the teams mouthpiece centre mid (think he's the manager) how they are playing at this level I will never know.
