SceneMeisterGeneral
Unconfirmed reports coming in about the biggest LOL in history forming across the central belt and spreading across the country. They've been goaded for so long but don't forget they've gone through their rivals and the reigning champions en route. Well played Hibs
hoopy1967
That statement is fucking glorious Good to see they're still chucking money at Jabba Fair play Hibs, you've ended them. The next few days have fantastic potential.
marty_j
New statement from the bears, everybody elses fault and the sfa/government and not theres http://rangers.co.uk/news/headlines/club-statement-60/ Fucking hell is that really on the official site? Who the f**k wrote that? Some 15 year old fan? No comment on attempted abduction it was that due to provocation too.
Doonhamer61
Who the f**k is in charge of media/comms for Rangers? Is he or she a 12 year old on some sort of job experience?? Give me f**king strength Rangers. What an embarrassment. Naming individuals in an official statement of that nature?? Really clever. Well done ya tubes. Some Hibs fans bang out of order yesterday and some Rangers fans reacted badly. The pitch invasion can probably be forgiven in the circumstances. Let the authorities sort it out and dish out the punishments. Congrats to the Hibees for winning the big cup after all this time. Great game and the best team won on the day.
ScotSquid
Indeed, Hibs need not to get involved, the SFA need to call someone who in charge at Ibrox in tomorrow and TELL them to drop official incendiary comments. They seem to have lost the plot Mmm. Don't thing we'll be taking any lessons on incendiary and ludicrous statements by football clubs following hilarious Hampden beastings from a Celtic fan tbh.

KnightswoodBear
Congratulations to Hibs on a well deserved and well earned victory. We just looked miles off the pace from the start. The long lay off worked against us unfortunately. I thought we were absolutely done at 2-1 and as soon as the equaliser went in whether it was extra time or in the 90, Hibs were the only team that looked like winning. I said before the game that no one wanted to be the team to lose the SC Final to them and all the Hibsing chat almost inevitably came back to bite us on the arse. It was an anti-Hibsing. I didn't actually see the carry on after the final whistle as I had stuff to do and turned the tv off*. I've no problem with the Hibs fans getting on the park and celebrating, especially taking onto account the occasion and the circumstances and even the goal getting demolished and the park damaged can't be looked too harshly on, especially when we hold the Scotland fans doing exactly the same thing at Wembley as nothing more than the cheeky chaps in the Tartan Army having a laugh. If there was a small number that assaulted players and staff then that is a different matter and I'm sure that there will be consequences, as there should be for the Rangers fans that decided to enter the field as well. Anyway, again, on the park it was a deserved victory and I hope that the Hibs fans all feel like fucking shite today. *I turned the tv off in a massive, flouncy huff. AMMjag
If my club came out with a statement like that at this time of year, it would be enough to put me off buying a season ticket. I wouldn't go to games at all at least until the embarrassment had died down. It's a reflection in the life qualities of your average *** that they will absolutely lap it up though.

Fair play to you and I have to say most "bears" (shudder) on here have been gracious and balanced in defeat. Pity they didn't let you write their club statement today.
LordHawHaw
Mmm. Don't thing we'll be taking any lessons on incendiary and ludicrous statements by football clubs following hilarious Hampden beastings from a Celtic fan tbh. I think we can find a member of the SFA who is not a Celtic fan, unless you don,t think the statement was incendiary, not sure I mentioned ludicrous but you are correct to use that word
TheScarf
Nope. I'm not having that. There's no way that's legit from Rangers. Surely the site's been hacked and then this statement uploaded to Twitter? There can't be that much head detached from shoulders from them?
