Houston was blaming the pitch today as well.  Let's be real, manager interviews with any club are rarely honest or engaging so it's not fair to single out Stubbs. It's part of the game that they have to play to the media to an extent.

Not sure how making a complete and utter c**t of yourself, by blaming one of the best pitches in Scotland for the failure of his side to even finish runners-up in the second tier with a top-six wage budget in Scottish football is "playing the game" with the media. If so, it's clearly not one in which he's doing very well at all.

 

Then again this is far from the first time that you've made a laughable attempt to salvage Hibs' non-existent honour on a Morton-Hibs match thread.

Never heard of a complaint about Cappielow's pitch before. Just been awarded 4th best surface in Scotland and Stubbs blames the pitch for Hibs not winning, what a moron :lol:

Joint second I'm sure it was.

Hibs are staying down.
