welldaft
Apostolos off injured of course. Hopefully a precaution but probably not. Could not make out if he was holding groin or hamstring . Edited August 10 by welldaft
Self-raising Lazarus
Is this a joke? Another two injuries? Just stop training at this point.

welldaft
Liam Gordon about to head off injured. This is beyond a f**kin joke Edit to add - he is OK to continue Edited August 10 by welldaft
Self-raising Lazarus
Don't see Kettlewell here past November. We're going to have to sign another 3 or maybe even 4 players at this rate and pray they're good enough to keep us in the division.

Swello
Gambling to play a guy that's not match fit in a game like this was mental - especially given the mess were in. There is no bad luck story - just negligence.

Self-raising Lazarus
Is that O Donnell now? This is so clearly the managers fault. Signing injury prone players time and time again.
MurrayWell
Apostolos Stamatelopoulos looked bright before pulling up, ridiculous decision to risk him. Only hope is that it's just a wee issue, because he tried to run it off before having to be subbed. Really foolish from Kettlewell to start him.

rowsdower
Ok, O'Donnell and Gordon were hit on the head, can't really blame the manager or physio for that one. Stama loomed like his quad. Daft to play him when we could have stuck anyone up there to run about.
Phillips455
Big issue is, as other have also said, if he didn't play Apostolos people would also let their heads go off. Honestly, I just couldn't be bothered watching most of that half. Same old, same old. We can't score to save ourselves against the likes of championship teams, let alone precision sides. Second half is gonna be a bloodbath.

Gaag97
I mean if there was any ambiguity over the injury situation - serious questions have to be getting raised now. The decision to start our “flagship” signing of the season - when not match fit, when we’re not expected to get a result - is completely baffling to me. Seems like desperation has come back to bite the manager in the backside big time.

Not sure I agree with that. Of all the games and all the teams to give him an extra week to get up to speed - it’s against a team we’re not expected to get anything against.

Get what you mean, but I'm not convinced having him starting on the bench again, given we've been vocal in the media about him getting up to speed, would have drawn much of a negative reaction. I reckon most people would have expected him to be on the bench today, in fairness.
