It will probably be Chris McLeish & Chris Dodd both from Jeanfield Swifts.

Both were big players in our promotion to Super League. Mcleish is a hard working forward who constantly got kicked in our league. Finished with 16 goals last season.

Dodd is a tricky winger who can play both sides. Very direct & will cause problems when he is on his game

Interesting, cheers for that. Not a market City normally make the most of.

It's a market and team Gavin Price knows very well, so these players will have been well watched. It will be interesting to see how they get on with the step up.

If the Sutherland deal gets concluded, the summer recruitment has been promising so far. We perhaps need to concentrate on strengthen the defence though and it would also be good to get a local keeper other than Stewart Black that can train with the defence this season. Calum Antell, who's just left Nairn would be a decent choice to fill this role, I wonder if the club are interested in him. Black is a decent back up keeper but I wouldn't feel comfortable with him being our number 1.

See Keiran Stewart has signed for you. Struggled with injury a fair bit at Gayfield, and as a player you can't really see what he's supposed to be good at. Have good memories of his goal at Hibs and wish him all the best at Borough Briggs.
