tree house tam
Remember when folk used to slag Random off for playing football manager then assimilating it to Saints? Not so funny in real life is it?

Wonder if thats a one off? He did what? 🫤 Acting like a stroppy teenager is not acceptable. Surely no one is scared to upset that bumbling dafty? It's interesting because he's quite happy to publicly slate certain players. His behaviour towards Eetu was horrendous, regardless of performance. Gordon on the other hand, you even ask a question about him and the press conference is over

Perhaps a misguided attempt to divert attention from him. Either way it’s not the best way to do it.
Kyle
Mahon had a very poor game against Elgin and has never been seen again, despite us paying a significant fee for him and Gordon has been shite all season, has been injured for weeks and we have 5 specialist centre backs in the squad, yet he's not even getting the chance to recover. Vertainen tried a flick round that lead to a goal from a corner about 2 minutes later (where McCart was caught sleeping and Morelos got in ahead of him) and he's been sent to Northern Ireland. He treats his favourites and pals far more favourably. Imagine if the likes of Bair had gotten sent off in the manner that Bryson did against Hibs last season. Davidson didn't even mention Bryson's stupidity post match, and that's far worse than trying a flick on the halfway line against Rangers. Sooner this clown is binned the better, might actually be fun supporting Saints again when he is. Edited January 12, 2023 by Kyle

Oh aye I’m not defending him, he’s just gone about how he’s handled it very poorly. we’re sitting 12 days into January, not seen any fringe players go out on loan and no word of any pre-contracts and/or contract extensions. We found out Montgomery is back to Celtic via Celtics social media channels. Since the hearts game it’s like the clubs finding new ways to torment us for their own entertainment.
SJFCtheTeamForMe
For what it's worth. I wouldn't expect us to make many perm signings right now. Can't see them being very willing to commit much due to ownership situation.

Could do with a ball winning midfielder but manager doesn't see that.

Kyle
The ever expanding squad just gets bigger. Gilmour is back because, shock horror, he's injured.

Its not ideal since we probably need some folk in but hes likely already burnt through the Kerr/McCann money and with no big sale/European money looking likely and another bottom half finish on the card, we're probably looking at as low an income as we've had in a decade with the biggest wage bill. Something has to give.

It's not even like there's any potential sales on the horizon.

Just when it was rumoured some English teams were hovering around as well! Might have got £50 to get him off our books!
