Kris.
Roma ahead now! Thought Gigi was at fault again, but clear deflection took it away from him.

paul-r-cfc
Again, painful when you look at some of the stupid points Roma have dropped this season that could have seen them mount a genuine Scudetto challenge
paul-r-cfc
Oh f**k, heart was in my mouth there. Ref had his whistle in his mouth for a penalty there. Usually doesn't take much convincing for an Italian ref to give Juventus a penalty
jagfox
Looked a penalty to me.Stuck a fiver on Nainngolan fgs. Stuck him on again at 1-1.Didn't chase it any further [emoji51] [emoji23] [emoji23]
Kris.
Juve dropping points in their last two games, with Roma winning both would see Roma win the title on H2H. That would be fucking brilliant.
Allan Jacobsen
Pleasing. Also keeps Napoli in the hunt for an extremely unlikely Scudetto. H2H can get fucked though.
The Saintee
De Rossi has scored in his last 3 games now. Great result tonight. F*ck Juventus.
paul-r-cfc
Never even thought of that with the H2H. Wish I'd bit the bullet and booked flights for the Genoa game!
Kris.
5 hours ago, Kris. said: Lega Pro play-offs kicked off yesterday. Sambenedettese beat Gubbio 3-2 and Lucchese won 2-1 at Arezzo. A few games already finished today, but some still in progress and a bunch to come later on as well, so will post a full result list later on. Final results of todays games, with the teams with the wee marker next to their name progressing along with the aforementioned Sambenedettese & Lucchese. Allan Jacobsen
To add to that, it means that the next set of fixtures in the promotion playoffs are: Spoiler Casertana v Alessandria Piacenza v Parma Sambenedettese v Lecce Cosenza v Matera Virtus Francavilla v Livorno Giana Erminio v Pordenone Reggiana v Juve Stabia Lucchese v AlbinoLeffe Played over two legs. First leg is on the 21st May, return leg is 24th May.
Allan Jacobsen
First bit of administrative relegation news for next season. Latina were declared bankrupt a couple of months ago. They've not managed to find a buyer which means that instead of being relegated to Lega Pro next season, they'll almost definitely be starting again from Serie D, if not even lower.
Kris.
Decent the first tie is away. Was looking through all three groups in more detail today to see how well each side had faired in the regular season, given Parma will need to get past a few of them to get promoted. Lecce & Alessandria the ones to avoid for sure. Also noticed Parma have the second best away record out of all 60 teams, only Venezia picked up more points away from home. I knew it was good, but not that good. Doubt Parma will make it up anyway, far too inconsistent & unpredictable to possibly string enough good results together to make it through that many games.
Allan Jacobsen
Lecce are another inconsistent team. They tend to get through to the final and then crumble. I wonder if this year will be any different? If one of Piacenza, Parma, Samb or Francavilla win then they'll achieve a second consecutive promotion. Would quite like to see a team who've never played in Serie B get promoted personally.
