Glen Sannox
Jaguar Land Rover says hard Brexit will cost it £1.2bn a year https://www.ft.com/content/d077afaa-7f8a-11e8-bc55-50daf11b720d At some point the penny has to drop for even the stupidest, dimmest Brexiteers. You are right, that said they’ll never be as dim as those who campaigned for an Indy Scotland without knowing what currency they would use. -

ICTJohnboy
Everything now pointing to a No Deal which will be catastrophic. Got to be a renewed shout for Indyref2.

The Tory Remainers/Soft Brexiteers are desperate for a fudge deal and will support it, the Hard Brexiteers will posture but ultimately stand back in the hope/knowledge that it will be rejected by the EU. What will be galling is when May and her allies express faux outrage when the EU reject a plan that they always said they wouldn’t accept.
John Lambies Doos
If the EU accepts this plan then that's the end of the EU

This has already been ruled out by the EU. If they u turn on this it's goodbye EU. Can't see that happening though.. The Indyref2 call by Nicola just got a step closer in my opinion
Cerberus
Deliver a soft Brexit then get all these hard Brexiteers in the sea so we can go back to a normal Austerity British lifestyle.
Detournement
The right wing press has completely fallen in behind May's soft Brexit judging by today's front pages. Even the Sun are right behind it so presumably Rupert will have told Gove to behave himself for the rest of the year.
Sergeant Wilson
A shower of lying, conniving tory cùnts. Who can't see the drive to shift blame when it gets rejected by the EU? Just look at the faces of the people that were in that room. It beggars belief that anyone voted for them. The right to vote should be withdrawn, democracy clearly doesn't work.

Sounds like a positive meeting yesterday and we’ll get some clarity in the White Paper next week. Let’s see what happens and take it from there. -

It's obviously a well co-ordinated plan. The World Cup is on, Wimbledon is on, English summer holidays are approaching and there is another Novichok mystery. It's the perfect time to cut the balls off the Brexiteers while the public aren't paying much attention. The oligarch media are bad faith partners but they obviously know they can restart their anti Europe rhetoric any time whereas they have to defeat a socialist Labour Party now.
Detournement
According to Ashcroft when the plan was proposed Gove was the first minister to back it. So it obviously has Murdoch's approval.

zidane's child
Gove is on Andrew Marr tomorrow so we can expect a decent grilling from the host over backing May's plans.

Cerberus
Looking forward to a soft Brexit and the Brexiteers having to admit that they totally shat it.England is too poor and too stupid to go it alone.
Mark Connolly
Got to give Gove some credit there - in amongst his pish, he said something that is spot on. Farage is desperate for the Tories to fail so he can benefit for himself.
