NotThePars
Petitions are for lazy b*****ds who don't have any talent for political organising. As we've already discussed, the real workers are the people making Brexit songs.

Every TV & radio news channel has them - so called experts. There's no escape from political correspondents, European correspondents, Brexit correspondents all of whom claim to in the know regarding the latest brexit happenings. The BBC News at 1 has just introduced their Reality Check correspondent - Chris Morris, to enlighten us all. What a load of crap. These so called experts/correspondents/reporters have one thing in common : They all know f**k all . Isn't that why the vote was leave? 11 minutes ago, MixuFixit said: That's true, I should rephrase then. 3million odd folk have signed that petition. I'm making the assumption that for most signatories, that is the start and end of their anti Brexit efforts. It takes much more energy to do actual campaigning, you are correct. If most of those 3 million odd don't want to do that, then they are the definition of slacktivists. Quite so.

Presumably they have VPN detection as well. Lot of bother to go through to add one vote. 16 million voted Remain, it's not at all unlikely that 3 million and rising would sign an online petition given there's no other news at the moment. So another conspiracy. Bit like gravity then. The map shows a pretty good distribution of the remain type seats. It has also been getting more coverage here and in the BBC and other news outlets than most petitions. You are shite at being a troll.
welshbairn
I was getting a bit concerned at the talk of May resigning and some c**t like Boris taking over, forgetting that it takes months to choose a new leader, and in the meantime her deputy David Lidington would take over, who seems pretty sensible for a Tory and capable of compromise, and definitely opposed to a hard brexit.

J_Stewart
It's really quite something that Theresa May is, by miles, the UK's most embarrassing Prime Minister since the turn of the century (at the very least), when you consider that her predecessor is now best known for fucking a dead pig's head. Not a great situation, really.

Donathan
Would be quite funny if parliament votes against every single option.Lidington apparently angling for an AV type vote to try and arrive at a consensus I think they might end up at May’s deal subject to referendum, or push on with a softer Brexit
