There is probably a fair amount of them who don't have an awful lot, and have really been feeling the pinch lately. In many respects they are the kin of their brethren across the water and the rabid Brexiteers down south - they have absolutely no ideology or principles save for hatred and fear of 'thae b*****ds', be that Scottish nationalists/ism, the EU and/or migrants and refugees.
