Make no mistake - we’re in real bother.

Spoiler

January is massive , we're well enough off to get rid of the dead wood and freshen up the team , new GK , new central defender , fit sitting midfielder , and a bit of creation. Fail to do that , and we'll be playing for our Premiership survival by the end of the season.

Goalie's a doo , team is imbalanced , new recruits are 2nd rate , apart from that , we're fine !

They're either pish and/or injured.

It says it all when Dunne was our best player today.

I've not seen one minute of the game today, but have been saying for weeks Balcombe is an issue.

And if (as well all expect) Urminsky isn't good enough to replace him then we need to punt both them.

Sadly I found a flawless stream and saw every minute until I turned it off after the third goal.

Unfortunately there were a few just as bad as Balcombe.

We will not make those changes in January. Most of the players mentioned were new recruits and Robbo won't move them on.

I was surprised to see he is 25 now, at 6ft 6” and having been at the club for almost 5 years, he should be first choice by now, so given his lack of minutes and performances when he has played………………….it is a mystery why he is still here. Cheap being the only reasonable conclusion.

Urminsky has lettuce wrists and is certainly not the answer. Balcombe is an absolute bombscare and the defence in general, albeit mitigating circumstances with personnel changes, look likely to concede every time an opponent comes near them. Worrying times ahead and most likely another pumping next week. It's all unravelled very very quickly this year sadly.

Could cost him his job then, because his summer recruitment has been a disaster, let’s be honest any team who can’t defend and crucially can’t stop losing goals are relegation candidates.
The main tactic seems to be stay in the game as long as possible by playing hoofball.  All of which goes out the window when we inevitably lose the first goal, then there is no plan B.
