I just figure the Doran thing will put off any established player. Have you ever seen that given as a reason for a player not signing for a club, "they weren't very nice to some of the last players?"

Cuckoo Wilson, 41,000 posts on other clubs threads as his own club doesn't have one. Gotta feel sorry for the lad. -

All for the young lads playing but we’ll surely need a couple more additions. Fuckin terrible if so, we need guys with his experience.

Le Tout P'ti FC
Don’t like the use of the term “cuckoo” carelessly thrown about to denigrate another poster. Not a good look in 2024. Do like a Harry Gow Dream Ring. Bought one in the Church Street cooperative tonight to sustain me on this train journey through to Kyle of Lochalsh. To recap: Down with mental health based insults. Up with “sweet dream rings are made like this”. Be sweet.

Auld Sandy needs to realise that The Caley are the cuckoo in this analogy, and the nest is League 1 football, baby!

Correct, poor Wilson has no club thread of his own so he has spent the last 19 years and 41,000 posts cuckooing. But he means no harm and seems quite decent but lonely. God Bless Him. All for the young lads playing but we’ll surely need a couple more additions. Unfortunately not sure we will get them. The position has been laid out and its clear there are moves where possible to still cut costs with established players (although Ujdur may have had a wage & accommodation costs etc making a reasonable package compared to others). Given the statements on the costs last season for supporting players relocating unless we get a loan deal where everything is paid by parent club, it'll probably be a very thin squad we have with more outgoings than incomings. With the promotion of the current youngsters to 'first team' we are very thin on squad depth, what is the next level of young players like? At points this season its likely we will have schoolboys on the bench at least? Edited July 5 by bdu98196
TheScarf
I don't think we won't see any more loanees before the end of the transfer window. Big clubs are always sending players out on loan and still paying their full salary. This is Ferguson getting the excuses in extremely early in the season for when he fails to get us promoted or relegates us again.
