Jack Ross is playing a real life version of football manager and showing a real lack of scouting network down there by going for either a player he’s managed or someone who he knows from Scottish football. They could potentially be lining up with Josh Magennis & Gavin Reilly as a front 2 ffs Would lose a bit of respect for McGeouch if he went there, he’s so much better than that but it’s becoming more apparent that maybe he hasn’t been linked with the clubs he thought he would. Yup. Ozturk the player he's decided to rescue his defence, madness. He'll be punted before the end of the season, seems daft to join him there.
Bohemian
Jack Ross will be punted before seasons end and if Dylan had an ounce of sense he won't be joining him because as soon as Jack is gone so will most of his signings. Rinse and repeat with these Diddy lower league clubs in England.
Bohemian
Jack Ross will probably be managing Dundee or possibly Hearts by the end of the season after Craig's moneyball experiment fails...
Alan Stubbs
Didn't Sunderland have about £100 million of debt until the last owner cut his losses? It's annoying to lose good players to a poor league but there isn't anything 'fundamentally wrong' with our clubs offering players what we can actually afford. If Hibs started dishing out £10k a week out of pride, there would soon be something very wrong with our set up. This won't make me lose respect for Dylan either. He came to us as a wee add on in a deal involving seemingly more important players and ended up being a massively significantt player in a very successful team. He doesn't owe it to us to make a fraction of the money he could get elsewhere.

Do you mean Kyle? He is a midfielder and Gavin scored 11 league goals in the 2nd tier of Scottish football. No chance either will be upfront for Sunderland and in Gavin’s case no chance he will get near that team. Sunderland may be fucked but they are still currently debt free and Jack is far from daft, by shipping out most of our team when he came in and signing 11 new players he knows what is needed to get results. Zing.
Derby in for McGinn. £3m being quoted. Journo reporting the story also said that Celtc are quite far down the line with negotiations for him.

I say it will be pretty much down to where McGinn wants to go, he kinda holds all the cards on this one..
Bohemian
FRANK LAMPARD’S Derby County are making a desperate late move for Hibs and Scotland midfielder John McGinn. Lampard is willing to pay £3million for the hard-running star and is fighting to stop him from joining Celtic. The Rams chief has been active during his time working as a TV pundit at the World Cup and is hoping to persuade McGinn to come to the English Championship. McGinn has strong Celtic connections and a sale to the Glasgow giants is still on, but Lampard wants to go all of the way in the pursuit. Birmingham City have also joined the chase and would find the cash for the highly-rated player who seems set to leave Neil Lennon’s club.

Would take Jack Ross as Hearts manager in a heartbeat, but his stock will be on the rise (much like his knob during his time with us before, if the stories are to be believed) Sunderland will absolutely pish that league and if McGeouch does go to them then he will be a stand-out. Please bookmark. Thank You. -
Zing.
He’ll go to Celtc for £2.5m. We’ll get Allan permanently and maybe someone else on loan. St Mirren to receive their 10% sell on clause fee which I’m sure they’ll be delighted with.
LincolnHearts
....and I don't think McGinn is anywhere near as good as people think. McGeouch>McGinn (imho) Hope Hibs get a decent fee for him either way and he doesn't make the move along the M8. See Scott Allan and the Christie lad for reasons not to. I think Liam Henderson should be applauded for broadening his horizons and had a very decent season with Bari. That's not too bad a deal considering he's on the last year of his contract, what ya reckon?

Fony Titz
Yup. Ozturk the player he's decided to rescue his defence, madness. He'll be punted before the end of the season, seems daft to join him there. So he's a mug for building his defence round Ozturk, similar to what a lot of people said about him signing Craig Samson. But he's going to fail in spite of tempting McGeough to drop a level. "Daft to join him there" is exactly the same sort of warning guys like Stephen McGinn and Cammy Smith received in January 2017 about joining him at St mirren. How many others does he need to talk into dropping a level before he has a team good enough to win that league?

Re your comments about his lack of scouting. When at Saints it was always ex teammates or guys him or James Fowler had coached/managed that he signed. It was something a lot of us pointed to as we grasped at straws to find any reason he wouldn't make it at a bigger club. I guess that remains to be seen.
