You'll probably still be covering a chunk of his wages, whether it's a loan deal or just having to pay up his contract.

Better than all the wages plus we will have a large sell on clause in place should he show some consistency.

Or he signs for you permanently.

We're not going to be able to get close to what he currently earns at Hibs, so the only way he rips up another two years with you is if you pay him off to cover the difference. Unless you have a break clause, of course.

Surely you’ll be bringing in a first choice no9 & Le Fondre will be mainly coming off the bench, starting occasionally?

He has “released after ten ineffective games” written all over him.  Mind you, they haven’t released that weirdo guy yet and he’s hopeless.

Guessing this is exactly the plan. We resorted to bringing on Mikey Devlin to play up front in the derby so anything is better than that.

Big Mykola that we had last season will be the Nisbet replacement if he can get fit.

ALF hasnt been signed for his pace, we have that with Youan and Boyle (when he returns).

He's there for balls to ping off his erse into the net from 6 yards.

Genius signing imo

We already have a six-yard-box arse-ping specialist. Presumably ALF in means Christian Doidge is out the door at some point.

I like Magennis and he's a really skilful player but he is so injury prone. Between him and McGeady we had two absolute walking sicknotes at ER last year. He would do well then break down again. I'm far from convinced he will do well at Killie especially with that pitch of yours. If it's a loan deal it's almost a guarantee he'll be getting rehab back at Hibs by November.

It's not.  He's getting released.

Lots of players who were supposedly injury prone before they joined us have thrived on our pitch, Chris Burke perhaps being the best example. It probably works better for some players.

The "something" round of the "whatever" european competition - we play either Víkingur (Faroes) - Inter Club d'Escaldes (Andorra).

First leg at home

My fishermen prediction becomes one step closer then
