Salt n Vinegar
Has there ever been a "what's all this religion stuff" thread on the Forum, or would there be no point as it would have a shorter half-life than hydrogen 7?

Suspect Device
I would LOL at this dinosaur denier being appointed but folk might think I'm talking about the loyal orange order instead of laughing at the c**t.

Sugar_Army
Saw the Paisley getting interviewed on Newsnight. He was not holding back, he might even end up posting on the P&B BBC Bias page.

LongTimeLurker
He's more a relatively well-to-do bible thumper than somebody that is likely to have helped build a bonfire for the 11th night on a loyalist estate. What's really intriguing is how he plans to be the party leader while not being the first minister but still being a Stormont minister. Looks like a recipe for disastrous levels of in-fighting. Just what any democracy needs... deeply religious leaders and infighting within political parties.
tamthebam
Is it just me or does Edwin Poots sound like the name a 4 year old would give their teddy. (Appropriately staunch if it is a name for a "teddy bear")
btb
Was watching BBCs Politics Live at lunchtime to see the current NI Brexit situation discussed - Ian Paisley Jnr. was arguing the Protocol must be scrapped as it was causing tension & unrest on the streets and that Boris (first name terms) must scrap it immediately.. The question that went unasked "What party are doing most to stoke these tensions Mr. Paisley?". Edited May 17, 2021 by btb
