Constant injuries. He’s also pissed off Koeman and the Everton fans, although the latter isn’t hard, by turning up for Ireland duty when the club doctor told him not to - he ended up getting injured. Here's where they've been put in the stadium... seems ridiculous to have them that high up, or Milan fans under them at all considering the huge numbers of empty seats everywhere. Weird they put them there when away fans can easily be accommodated in the corner section as for Serie A games.
