Forced to listen to Smooth FM all the time. Abba, The Bee Gees, Elton John.... Absolutely hate it.

That has to be the worst radio station of all time.

They have a playlist of about 20 songs that they repeat everyday.

Also the same as Heart, remember having to listen to that in work a few years back. Absolutely woeful.

Work can only get 3 radio stations.

Radio 1 - It makes me want to kill if it is on more than 2 days in a row and one of the younger ones puts it on if in early.

Northsound 1 - same as Clyde and Forth and Tay, just annoying.

Original - 70s, 80s, 90s and odd new track. It at least offers variety and is the choice of a bad lot.

At home Radio 4 Comedy at 6.30 when cooking and
Radio Scotland for sport and Get It On which is one of the best programs on any station

If you flick through the Bauer Media channels you will notice that they are usually all playing the same records at the same time. There must be a single producer somewhere actually playing the songs and all the different so called dj's are just waffling on about their own nonsense and not doing anything else in the studio. Have even heard them when they do competitions and it is the same winner on all the different channels and they edit the results so it appears that each dj is interviewing them with the same questions to match the winners answers.

Radio 2 when I'm not in work. Decent enough music mix, doesn't take itself too seriously and the middle class whingers on Jeremy Vine are amusing.

Radio 6 is unfortunately the work station of choice, tries far too hard to be quirky (they randomly play old TV themes and sometimes music from old computer games during the day) and the music is generally complete gash.

My old work had Heart on, apparently most folk only have it on in the car and only listen for a short while - hence repeating certain songs - rather than workies listening in all day.

Radio X on the way in, absolute for the no repeat guarantee during the day and my own music on the way home.

Chris Moyles veers from genuinely hilarious to so cringey it's unlistenable about fourteen times an hour. The repetitive ads annoy me but the worst bit is the seven song playlist they seem to have. If I hear Wall of Glass one more fucking time I can't be held responsible for what I do.

Never listened to a radio for ages. If I'm in the car I'll plug the phone in and stick a bit of ska or the jam on, if im at home I'll stick a bit of vinyl on. The wife listens to paul o'grady on a Sunday afternoon on radio 2, I'll tolerate it on in the background if she's in the kitchen, but that's as far as it goes.

Andy Dawson's best work is owning himself on Twitter.

Do a bit of driving for work. Usually listen to forth one until 10am then talksport between 10 and 4 when i finish.
Use to switch over to radio 2 when popmaster came on and jeremy vine, depending on what he was covering that day as well.
Forth one, Off the ball and sportsound on a saturday as well
